Resident commits to remain at Priority House a minimum of 90 days. Length of stay is based on individual resident's needs and at the director's discretion. Resident agrees to remit all program fees before discharge. All discharges must be tentatively approved two weeks in advance by the director and are contingent on all requirements being adhered to for the remainder of the resident's stay at Priority House.
Residents are responsible to pay $165 per week due by Saturday at noon. Resident understands that the weekly fee does not cover all costs of the program. A $100 non-refundable admission fee is due upon admission as well as the first week's rent. Rent is prorated for the week based on entry date.
There are no refunds. If the resident terminates the contract for any reason, at any time, refunds are not issued. Resident understands that they could be asked to leave Priority House property for non-compliance of requirements. When required to leave, residents accept personal responsibility for their recovery and hold no other person or Priority House liable.
Resident agrees to hold Priority House harmless for any type of injury or death resulting in any way during his stay at Priority House including riding in vehicles. Resident waives all rights to his assigns and successors of any legal action against Priority House or the owner. Personal safety is the resident’s responsibility. Resident is also responsible for any additional cost that may be incurred on resident’s behalf such as charges for medical treatment or prescribed medication. Resident is responsible for obtaining doctor's appointments and prescription medications (approved by the director). Priority House is not responsible for lost or stolen property.
Resident has read and understands the house requirements. Resident has received a copy of and agrees to abide by said requirements. Failure to abide by house requirements may result in immediate discharge from Priority House.
